Fair terms for a portable identity.

By creating an account or using KnownIn, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. These terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You're responsible for everything that happens under your account, including anything done through an AI tool you've connected via an MCP API key.
• You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement to use KnownIn.

You own the profile content you provide — your name, skills, experience, and everything else. By using KnownIn, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content back to you (and, if you enable it, on your public card) solely to operate the service. We don't use your content to train AI models, and we don't sell it.

You agree not to:

• Put false, misleading, or someone else's identity into your profile.
• Share your API keys or session credentials with anyone you don't trust with full read/write access to your profile.
• Attempt to access another user's data, bypass rate limits, or interfere with the service's normal operation.
• Use the MCP connection or chat to submit content that's illegal, abusive, or infringes someone else's rights.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.

Chat parsing and resume tailoring are performed by third-party AI providers (Google Gemini or Zhipu AI's GLM). We constrain and cross-check this output against your real profile data so it can't invent skills or experience you don't have — but AI output can still be imperfect. Review anything before you rely on it, especially a tailored resume you're about to send to an employer.

• The Free plan is free indefinitely, with usage limits described on the Pricing page.
• Pricing is shown in USD or INR depending on your detected region — the currency shown when you check out is the currency you're actually billed in. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through Razorpay. Prices shown are current at time of purchase and may change with notice.
• You can cancel anytime from Settings; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
• All fees are non-refundable, including partial billing periods, except where required by law. Cancelling stops future billing; it doesn't refund the current period.

Any AI tool you connect via an MCP API key gets the level of access that key grants — typically full read/write access to your profile. You're solely responsible for which tools you connect and trust. Revoke a key from Settings anytime to immediately cut off that tool's access.

You can delete your account anytime from Settings — this is immediate and permanent. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

KnownIn is provided “as is.” We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be perfectly accurate. You're responsible for reviewing anything before you rely on it for a job application or elsewhere.

To the extent permitted by law, KnownIn is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including outcomes of job applications made using content generated here.

If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
